Did I just eat chili in a restaurant in Kyiv?

Today I had a delightful and pleasant experience at a new restaurant that has just opened in Kyiv. The restaurant is called “Chili Pizza” in English and their signature dishes include chili pepper. It is a very tastefully decorated pizza parlor that has a smoking and non-smoking section.
