I love coffee. I love the smell when you first open the package, I love to grind the coffee, and I love to drink it!

While I was in the US, some friends, Jimmy and Sharon in Wichita Falls, introduced me to a new flavor (at least it was new to me!)…Caramel Truffle. The smell alone is liable to cause one to gain weight. It makes you want to just eat the beans before you grind them.

Well, I had to have some and bought a bag before I left. So, when I need a treat in the evening, I fix a cup of Caramel Truffle, Swiss Chocolate, Swiss Mocha or some other “exotic” flavor. Of course, my all time favorite is French Roast…ah, the smell!

Did I mention that I LOVE coffee!
