Well, today is April 7th in Kiev. It is a little after 8 a.m. and when I opened my curtains this morning I got a little shock.

The weather here has been warm and all the snow has been melted for a couple of days. It clouded up yesterday and rained off and on most of the day.

Last night, I got home a little late and decided just to park my car outside the entrance to my building. Well, guess what? It snowed during the night and my car was covered with snow. It is just around freezing, so I’m sure in a couple of hours the snow should be melted since it is supposed to be around 42 for a high today. At least it was a pleasant surprise!
