I arrived at DFW Airport on Monday afternoon (11th) and could tell I was in Texas! There was a warm breeze blowing. It wasn’t too hot and at night it would cool down.
Well, I noticed it got warmer on Thursday and Friday and then yesterday (Sat) it got down right HOT!!! 102 degrees worth! Can you believe that? Here is it April 15/16 and it is over 100 degrees in April!?! I expected it to be warm since they are in the midst of a drought, with many wild fires, etc.
When I left Kyiv last week, I wore a coat since it was still cool. Now I am in shorts! Only in Texas…
