I had a trip to Texas planned for around Thanksgiving. Yesterday, I received news that my middle sister has passed away. Now, I am planning to leave Karaganda in a few hours. I will drive to Astana and then fly out Thursday morning. I have to be at the airport by 3 a.m. (4 pm in Texas). Almost 24 hours later, I will land at DFW airport around 3:30 p.m.
Thank you for your many words of kindness for me and my family during this time.

Dear Joe, I just returned from Kiev (seeing Andrea off as she flew to the states to see family) and learned of your sisters death. So sorry, dear brother. Only the words of Christ can comfort you and all your loved ones at this time.
I trust she was a Christian and is home with the Lord.
