I arrived in Budapest on Tuesday evening. All went all right. I had an allergy test performed at 6 p.m. Wednesday. The ENT from my last visit wanted me to have the test done, so since I was coming back to Budapest, it was arranged for me to have one done.
The doctor tested for tree pollans and everyday allergies: dust, cotton, wool. Nothing turned up positive. I alse was told that a person cannot be allergic to cigarettes. I had read this in a story in America. The doctor here says that it is a chemical reaction to the cigarettes and that it triggers symptoms like those to an allergy.
Now I know why I get a stuffed up head, watery eyes and headaches when I am around cigarette smoke!
Thursday afternoon I will see the ENT about this terrible noise (ringing) in my ear!
