Home… 4 days was worth the wait!

I traveled to Astana on Tuesday afternoon. The dealership had promised me the car would be ready Tuesday afternoon or Wednesday morning. Tuesday became Wednesday and then Thursday…

I had to travel to Pavlodar for the day on Thursday, and sure enough the salesman called me at noon to let me know the car was ready. So, I finally took possession of the car on Friday morning.

I want to express my sincere gratitude to all Southern Baptists. Due to your support of the Cooperative Program and Lottie Moon Christmas Offering I was able to be supplied with a vehicle such as this. As most of you know, it has been a four month search for a car.

We have harsh winters where the temperature drops to -40 degrees and then many of the roads I drive to villages are in need of repair so such a car as the Hyundai Tucson is going to meet the need in order for me to do ministry. We were looking for a vehicle that sits high off the road and has 4 wheel drive. Most cars that fit this bill were well out of our price range.

So, I was ecstatic to be able to get such a car as this one and overwhelmed. Again, thank you Southern Baptist for your provision of such a car.
