Today I went on a tour of the Wright Patterson AFB National Aviation museum in Dayton. Check it out here
I really enjoyed seeing how the Wright brothers began the journey of flight for man. I saw all types of planes and even a Russian MiG.
Then, I went to a special hanger where the Presidential planes are kept. I got to see the Eisenhower, Truman, Roosevelt and Kennedy presidential planes. From the tiny to the extra large planes. It was all very interesting and all of it was FREE thanks to our government.
There is an IMAX theater there and I was able to see a film called The Magic of Flight. I really enjoyed seeing the film, especially the Blue Angels!
If you are ever in the Dayton area I would encourage you to visit the museum.
